They aspire to be unique and individual in all relationships. To fulfil this requirement, Pandinavia’s Textile Concepts department offers exciting solutions in the field of textile production.
How it works
There are various advantages to having fabrics made at a factory. Difficult designs can be achieved without problem as the fabric is printed before it is sewn together. The customer does not face any restrictions in terms of colours and colour combinations either. It is possible to produce textiles starting from as little as 250 pieces and it is often even cheaper than if stock items are printed afterwards.
Step 1
Tell us your requirements and we will be happy to provide comprehensive advice on the colour, style and material. The intended use is a key point for us so that we can get the best out of the textiles.
Step 2
Initial sketches are drawn up using the technical data. Do you want a specific label on the collar, a slogan on the washing label or a hanger tag? No problem, we can have this produced and applied by our supplier.
Step 3
Our in-house graphics department creates digital drawings and places your logo on the textile according to your CI / CD.
Step 4
Our pattern maker will create the desired patterns. We are happy to provide you with our size sets for your staff to try on.
Step 5
Based on these depictions and our tried-and-tested patterns, prototypes will be created and sent to you for approval.
Any necessary improvements are made and production begins.
